LINDSAY TIGHE

President - Hope Neurological & Medical Services

Lindsay embarked on her academic journey by earning her undergraduate degree in Child Development from the University of Kentucky, followed by a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from Georgia State University. This educational background has equipped her with a robust foundation in science, covering courses in anatomy, biology, pathophysiology, microbiology, and chemistry. Lindsay’s expertise extends to child development, complemented by over a decade of experience in the medical field since 2012.

Throughout her career, Lindsay has cultivated a diverse skill set spanning clinical administration, patient care, and specialized knowledge in personal injury law. Proficient in phlebotomy, medical assistance, legal coordination, worker’s compensation, personal injury, medical funding, and medical billing and coding, she has overseen operations at multiple orthopedic practices and played a pivotal role in establishing one of Georgia’s largest orthopedic practices, Barbour Orthopaedics.

Prior to assuming the role of President at Hope Neurology in Georgia, Lindsay successfully managed operations at Spine Center Atlanta. In her current position, she leads the expansion of a prominent neurological practice, overseeing clinics, a surgery center, and MRI facilities across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Lindsay’s primary goal is to enhance healthcare accessibility for individuals facing financial constraints due to auto accidents, work injuries, or other unfortunate circumstances.

Devoted to utilizing her skills and experience for the greater good, Lindsay is dedicated to ensuring that quality healthcare remains accessible to all, contributing positively to the well-being of individuals in need.

LILLY KNIGHT

Practice Administrator

Lilly Knight is a beacon of warmth and love in the lives of many, a devoted mother of three energetic boys who light up her world. Born in Laos and raised in a close-knit community in South Carolina, Lilly’s values are deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be treated like family. Her genuine and caring nature has earned her a special place in the hearts of those lucky enough to know her.

In addition to her roles as a dedicated mother and a passionate advocate for creating a sense of family among friends, Lilly Knight finds fulfillment in her professional life as a valuable member of the Hope Neurological community. As an integral part of this dynamic work culture, Lilly thrives in an environment that values collaboration, compassion, and innovation.

Jay White

Vice President of Strategic Planning

Jay White brings a wealth of experience and a service-oriented mindset to his role as Vice President of Strategic Planning. With a strong background in organizational leadership and strategic planning, Jay is dedicated to driving growth and innovation at our company.
 
Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Jay has spent the last 30 years living in Middle Georgia. He graduated from Mercer University in 1997 and has since become an integral part of the community. He is an active member of the Mercer Athletic Foundation, serves as Chairman of the Board for Middle Georgia FCA, and is a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church in Warner Robins.
 
Jay’s professional journey includes significant experience as a corporate trainer with Chick-fil-A, where he traveled across the country training Operators, Staff, and team members. Additionally, he has privately trained local businesses in customer service and food safety, working with organizations such as Verizon Wireless, The Methodist Children’s Home in Middle Georgia, Navicent Health Center, Mercer University, and several Middle Georgia restaurants.
 
Jay is not only a strategic leader but also a devoted family man, married to his wife Tammy, with two children and two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys golf, hunting, fishing, reading, and attending sporting events.
 
Jay’s extensive experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to our team, and we are excited to have him lead our strategic planning initiatives.

ELIZABETH JONES

Director of Neurological Diagnostics and Therapeutic Services

Elizabeth Jones serves as the Director of Neurological Diagnostics and Therapeutic Services at Hope Neurological and Medical Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Georgia and has pursued advanced studies in Clinical Mental Health at Clemson University. Elizabeth brings a wealth of experience in recruiting and retention, having successfully hired, trained, and managed a large staff of 140 employees, demonstrating her strong leadership and organizational skills.
 
In her professional career, Elizabeth has managed a diverse caseload, developed and implemented effective treatment plans, and conducted both individual and family counseling. She has also been responsible for managing medications, teaching essential life skills, and serving as a crucial liaison between various agencies and clients.
 
In addition to her background in mental health, Elizabeth has significant experience in neurological diagnostics, business development, and management. She is trained in restorative oxygen therapy, further showcasing her diverse skill set and commitment to professional growth.
 
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has demonstrated a strong commitment to client welfare, effective management, and continuous professional development. Her dedication and expertise make her a valuable asset to Hope Neurological and Medical Services, and we are proud to have her on our team.
