What is EWOT?

EWOT, pronounced e-watt, is the act of exercising with oxygen while doing interval sprinting. The science behind EWOT can be found by searching “oxygen multistep therapy.” This protocol was developed & studied by the late Dr. Manfred von Ardenne of the Von Ardenne institute. Originally, the studies where done with patients breathing 50%+ oxygen while in a state of hyperthermia (heat) sitting in a sauna. He later developed OMT2, which became the exercise version of the original protocol. Today, many companies offer “EWOT” systems that allow for this same process.
